GENERAL QUESTIONS

No, we don’t. Rep-Lite employees focus not only on their product, but also on the strategic initiatives that the client has specified are necessary to move them forward in their space. They’re solely focused on your portfolio.

We’re fortunate to have clients who have been with us for years, but our agreements are based on your needs and strategies. Since we strive for efficiency in everything we do, we typically we begin with a 36-month agreement to avoid having to go through contract re-negotiations every year. However, we make our agreements fluid because many clients will add additional Rep-Lite folks as their business continues to evolve, which is as simple as a one-page addendum. Our minimum term is 12 months.

Our data proves that we’re able to save our clients between 20 and 70%. While this is a very broad range, numerous factors play into this, primarily the type of position and geography/cost of living.  We understand that without seeing the phenomenal savings we’re able to provide, you can’t fully grasp the value of our unprecedented offerings. That’s why we offer free consultations to plug in your numbers and give you a realistic ballpark figure of the savings we can bring you. Beyond the savings, though, we also prioritize improving the quality of service offered, which brings additional immeasurable benefits in the form of client acquisition and retention.

This is a great question that we get almost every time we interact with someone. We adopt whatever policies our cilent already has in place. So, if there’s a non-compete or some permanent agreement that protects their direct hires, we mimick that at Rep-Lite.

Also, our business is people. We’re very protective of our clients and our people. We want to make sure our people and clients have success, or we’re not providing value. It’s critically important that we protect our clients every step of the way.

This varies greatly. If you take the majority, it’s probably someone with a tenure of 1-5 years in the medical device field. Our employees really want to continue their education and grow, always seeking to be subject matter experts in their field. Character and integrity is of ultimate priority to us and is something we will not sacrifice on, regardless of skill level. In our screening, we look for candidates with strict moral standards. We also use personality profiles to ensure our employees match the unique needs and culture of each client.

Another benefit of our model is that if you lose a direct hire, you already have a trained replacement in place through Rep-Lite to fill that position, and other reps are available to replace the Rep-Lite rep that you hire. Think of us like the minor league team being available to fill major league vacancies.
