Our 5 Step Process

We follow a 5 step process that provides effective communication with the client and hire.

1. Virtual Presentation

We are grateful for the opportunity to present Rep-Lite and all we can offer to you. We would love to answer any questions you may have now that you have more information about our company.

2. Contract Creation & Review

  • Rep-Lite will send over the standard contract

  • Contract review and questions

  • Contract signing for both parties

3. Next Steps

A Rep-Lite will request calls/meetings with the field management team to understand what has produced success historically.

This will help us best align with the hiring profile.

4. Sourcing

  • First, we begin the internal process which includes sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing candidates

  • Then we present viable candidates to management for review

  • Next, we aid in setting up phone and/or in-person interviews

  • Finally, once the candidate is selected, we begins the hiring process

5. Final New Hire Steps

  • We send an email with an agreed-upon start date

  • Then, we will begin internal hiring process.

  • Next, we send a final hire email to the client once background and drug screenings are complete.

  • All required signed documents will be attached
